HELLO GUILD MEMBERS AND WELCOME TO THE FAT QUARTER CLUB!

All you have to do to belong is:
Bring a Fat Quarter - ONLY ONE - to the meeting. Turn it in to me in exchange for a ticket. (Only 1 per person) The ticket enters you in the Fat Quarter drawing. If your ticket number is drawn, you win 4 fat quarters! That's right, a full yard for 1 measly fat quarter. Please bring quality fabric, something you would be proud to use in one of your own quilts. NOTE: There will be times that not everyone will receive 4 fat quarters, it all depends on the number of people participating.

This year everyone who brings in a Fat Quarter for the exchange will be given a FREE, yes I said FREE Fat Quarter Friendly quilt pattern. If you participate all year, you will have 12 free patterns to choose from to make your own fat quarter quilt! WOO-HOO!I don't know about you but "if it's free.......it's for ME!"

TIP: Take your list to the store (after shopping your stash) and purchase all twelve fat quarters and store them with the list in a Ziploc bag and put them in your guild bag with your nametag. You'll be ready for each month.

This years collection is going to be based on different colors prominent in each month. In January-think about the colors of hot chocolate and marshmallows. That would mean bring in a Fat Quarter (approximately 18"x22") of GOOD quality 100% cotton fabric in tan, brown, cream, or white. You can use tone on tone, batiks, plaids, homespun, it doesn't matter, just follow the colores listed for each month. Click here to receive a list of colors for the entire year. Be sure to print it out and take it with you when you go shopping!
